The Transplant Cellular Therapy Clinical Pharmacy Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for the TCT clinic. This individual serves as a resource for the BMT/Cellular Therapy team and other pharmacists, coordinating education and medication management of anti-neoplastic and immunomodulation medications.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage anti-neoplastic and immunomodulation medications
- Participate in multi-disciplinary rounds, including pharmacokinetic and therapeutic consultation
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care
- Bachelor's Degree (BS Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (PharmD)
- ASHP residency preferred
- Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) or willingness to obtain
- Experience working in a Transplant & Cellular Therapy (TCT) / Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) / Blood and Marrow transplant program
- FL Pharmacy License or in process
