Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Telemetry Nurse Specialist to join our team. This rewarding role requires the ability to coordinate and implement nursing care in a timely and accurate manner. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments on patients within the designated timeframe
  • Develop personalized care plans, identifying patient needs and implementing interventions to achieve desired outcomes
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and empowerment
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Tennessee RN licensure
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days
  • Certifications in Basic Arrhythmia and ACLS within six months
  • Floating experience preferred
