Pharmacist - CVS Health

CVS Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate pharmacist to join our team. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead with Heart: Display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues
- Motivate and Develop Team Members: Balance assignments to maximize colleagues' strengths, address development opportunities, and decrease knowledge gaps
- Identify Business Opportunities: Contribute to the development of meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in the pharmacy
- Implement Solutions: Lead the team to achieve specified goals and adapt to change in a dynamic community healthcare setting
- Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
