We are a non-profit, community wellness agency serving rural south, central Minnesota, and we're seeking a skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team.

As a Mental Health Practitioner, you will have opportunities for diverse experiences with highly supportive and available clinical supervisor(s).

The ideal candidate will possess creativity, connection, compassion, humor, and collaboration skills.

This role provides a unique opportunity to work and grow in a collaborative environment and be part of increasing the awareness and effectiveness of therapeutic services.

The salary for this position is approximately $38,500 - 43,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and family skills activities with children, adolescents, adults, and families
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their support systems
  • Participate in weekly consult meetings to ensure high-quality care and address any concerns
  • Maintain up to 25 hours of client contact per week with payout for overage
  • Maintain reliable transportation to attend client sessions in the home, school, and community

Qualifications:

  • Have a bachelor's degree and completed an internship in the mental health or related social services field
  • Speak something other than English fluently
  • Hold master's or other graduate degrees in behavioral sciences or related fields
