Careers in Pediatric Epilepsy Management

We are seeking two individuals to join our team as pediatric epilepsy specialists. As a member of our team, you will develop and maintain an active pediatric epilepsy program, addressing the pressing need for comprehensive epilepsy care in the Gulf region. Your expertise will enable us to deliver high-quality medical care, education, and research that improves the lives of children and families in our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with intractable epilepsy, utilizing your knowledge of neurodiagnostic studies and surgical evaluations
  2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, leveraging your expertise in pharmacological management and electrical stimulation treatment
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes
  4. Stay current with best practices and advances in pediatric epilepsy management, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based care
Requirements:
  • Board-certified/eligible in Neurology and Epilepsy/Clinical Neurophysiology
  • Completion of a Neurology Residency Program and fellowship training in epilepsy/neurophysiology
  • Demonstrated expertise in pediatric epilepsy management and surgery evaluations
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to staying current with best practices and advances in the field
