ABA Therapist

We are seeking a qualified Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at The Deamer Group, partnering with Spectrum Analytic Consulting to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a home setting in the Cumming GA area. 

This part-time role involves working with clients on individual learning skills and behavior, implementing the principles of ABA therapy, and collaborating with colleagues to implement treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one instruction consistent with best practice in ABA therapy.
• Collect and graph session data, implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Submit required documentation in a timely manner.
• Communicate problematic clinical issues with the respective supervisor.
• Collaborate with colleagues on shared cases on a regular basis.
• Write session notes within 24 hours of services rendered.
• Represent the company professionally when engaging with the public.

Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician or BCaBA preferred.
• CPR certification.
• 1 to 2 years of experience working with children.
• A valid driver's license and insured personal transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a sense of teamwork.
• Ability to maintain a safe environment for students and staff.
• Fluent English language skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
