We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team as an Advanced Rehab Clinician Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist. This role will involve evaluating and treating a wide range of injuries, diseases, and disabilities, with a focus on advanced clinical skills and techniques.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with complex injuries and conditions, utilizing advanced physical interventions and techniques.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient-centered care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Lead clinical growth and change, mentoring and educating colleagues to advance their skills and knowledge.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices and policies.
- Current State Physical Therapist License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
- At least 3 years of experience performing as a sports or orthopedic clinical specialist (board certified).
- Successfully achieved national association clinical specialty (e.g., Orthopedic Clinical Specialists (OCS)).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic Computer Skills.
- One year of leadership experience in a clinical setting, including creating and managing projects to completion.
- Experience teaching groups.
- Knowledge of mandatory joint commission, state, and federal regulations.
