About the Role

This is a part-time evening shift position, working 2pm-7pm. You will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients, establishing outcomes-centered plans, and delivering effective care management across a patient's episode.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of conditions, including musculoskeletal injuries and disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals and outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must be licensed or license eligible in the state to which you are applying. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
