Acro Service Corp is seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Tester to join our team. As a Software Quality Assurance Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Planning and Execution: Define and document QA test plans and scripts for both manual and automated testing, scenario-based testing, negative testing, load testing, and full regression testing.
- Test Case Development: Create and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test data to ensure thorough testing of software applications.
- Test Environment Setup: Collaborate with Operations teams, Pod leads, and other QA testers to ensure thorough testing of software in a Production environment.
- Test Automation: Support automated QA test process for multiple CI/CD pipelines and evaluate and self-optimize the QA testing processes to improve efficiency and reduce time for Hot Fix deployments.
- Reporting and Documentation: Provide regular QA status updates in meetings on progress, issues, and risks, and create QA testing documentation, including step-by-step instructions for both manual and automated testing.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document potential risks and challenges associated with QA testing, and make recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, or related field.
- Skills: Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools; experience with automated testing tools and techniques; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
