Essential Skills:
- Expertise in reverse engineering across diverse architectures and platforms (x86, x64, ARM, MIPS, etc.)
- Proficient in modeling the behavior of compiled applications in memory
- Experience in kernel module development and understanding
- Competence in scripting languages (Python, Ruby, etc.)
- Software development experience in C or C++
- Familiarity with static and dynamic analysis tools
- Experience with recursive descent disassemblers (e.g., IDA Pro or Binary Ninja)
- Firmware development and debugging capabilities
- Knowledge of one or more assembly languages (x86, x64, ARM, MIPS, etc.)
- Thorough understanding of network protocols across all layers of the network stack
- Self-driven and passionate about supporting the U.S. Cyber Security mission
- Ability to comprehend both offensive and defensive aspects of reverse engineering; including the development of advanced security techniques
- Experience in software protection and binary analysis
- Familiarity with contemporary exploitation techniques, tools, and methodologies
- Malware analysis expertise
- Skills in hardware prototyping
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
- A current U.S. government security clearance is mandatory. Qualified candidates may undergo a security investigation and must meet minimum qualifications for access to classified information. Consequently, U.S. Citizenship is required for this position. Additional security requirements may apply.
