**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Cerologist Esthetician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide guidance and training to our estheticians, perform full body waxing services, and maintain consistency of waxing services.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist in interviewing, hiring, and 90-day/annual reviews of estheticians.
  • Train new estheticians and provide additional coverage as needed.
  • Order professional and retail products as necessary and maintain inventory control of professional products.
  • Communicate any esthetician needs to the Studio Director and oversee estheticians.
  • Provide full body waxing services as scheduled and maintain knowledge of all skincare products and waxing services offered at the studio.
  • Client follow-up to develop repeat clientele and attend monthly staff meetings.
  • Scheduling of and attendance at staff trainings is required.
