Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify rehabilitation needs and develop treatment plans.
  • Implement a range of rehabilitation interventions, including occupational therapy, physical restoration methods, and prevocational explorations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques and strategies.
Requirements
  • Completion of an approved clinical internship in the appropriate rehabilitation specialty.
  • Registration or certification with the appropriate therapy association.
  • Minimum of two years' full-time paid experience in a clinical, residential, or community-based setting.
