Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Operations Project Manager to join our team at TechnoGen Inc. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for driving our cybersecurity operations, working closely with our Director to lead and support ongoing cybersecurity activities, incident management, and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support cybersecurity operations activities, including threat management, cultural awareness, and operational tasks related to Infosec.
  • Act as a project facilitator to cross-functional peers, subordinates, and senior management regarding cybersecurity operations issues, resolutions, and enhancements.
  • Lead implementation planning, drive and monitor execution, and manage risks and issues of cybersecurity initiatives and operational activities.
  • Provide accurate status reporting of progress and risks of initiatives and activities to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively at a global organization level for cybersecurity-related messaging.
  • Leverage cybersecurity understanding to drive conversations with stakeholders and ensure all aspects are covered.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Drive vulnerability remediation actions assigned to relevant IT teams.
  • Facilitate infrastructure monitoring and Incident Management Response to any cybersecurity incidents.
  • Perform analytics and reporting of cybersecurity trends and metrics.
  • Participate in relevant scrums and sprints to collaborate on delivering fixes.
  • Create and enhance cybersecurity operational and process documentation based on input from the cybersecurity leader and operations team.

Requirements:

  • Overall 10 years of IT experience with a majority in project leadership/project management roles and 5 years of relevant Cybersecurity or IT infrastructure experience.
  • Experience in managing cybersecurity activities and fixes; Tools that they'd be aware of: Jira, Balbec, Palo Alto, Cortex, Thinkst, Canary.
  • Strong infrastructure background and experience working with vendors to facilitate identifications of vulnerabilities.
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity operations; Experience facilitating fixes with relevant teams.
  • Ability to understand and articulate what is at stake from a cybersecurity perspective to relevant teams.
  • Understanding of infrastructure and cybersecurity technologies and standards.
  • Proficiency in both oral and written communications (including executive-level presentations).
  • Strong systems analysis experience; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Communication analysis and documentation skills will need to be top-notch; Very detail-oriented.
