This role is focused on business development in support of INDOPACOM and is contingent upon contract award.

You will be accountable for producing intelligence analyses, ensuring comprehensive situational awareness of ground operations, and contributing to the Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE). Your responsibilities will include integrating intelligence reports from various sources and providing assessments, feedback, and recommendations to refine intelligence collection efforts addressing existing gaps.

Your work will involve researching, drafting, coordinating, and publishing predictive all-source analysis products concerning foreign military capabilities, order of battle, and indications and warnings to inform senior government officials and guide operational strategies. Topics of focus will include ground operations, military capabilities, C4ISREW, and strategic competition.

Required Qualifications:

JOURNEYMAN LEVEL: A Journeyman typically possesses 3 to 10 years of relevant experience and holds a BA/BS or MA/MS degree. This level of expertise allows for independent execution of all functional responsibilities.

Security Clearance: TS/SCI required.

Physical Demands: The position necessitates extensive use of computing devices, including PCs and laptops. Tasks may involve prolonged periods of sitting or standing, as well as typing and reading from screens. Adequate mobility is essential, including bending, reaching, and kneeling to fulfill daily responsibilities efficiently. There may be requirements for climbing and working in confined spaces. The ability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 50 pounds is necessary, and moderate to long-distance walking may be required due to parking constraints. Occasional travel to various sites may also be necessary.

Work Environment: Primarily an office setting, which may include cubicle arrangements (considerations: close quarters, moderate noise levels, varying lighting conditions). Collaboration with colleagues, clients, and management at all levels is essential. The role entails minimal travel, estimated at up to 10% of the time.

Equipment Utilization: Proficiency in operating standard office equipment such as personal computers, printers, copiers, and telephones, along with other necessary tools and supplies.

Attendance Expectations: Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Regular attendance is crucial for meeting deadlines and participating in meetings. Flexibility in work hours may be required to accommodate critical mission needs.

Essential Functions: Professional conduct is expected at all times when interacting with clients, management, and peers. Clear and effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are mandatory. Appropriate grooming and attire are required for the position, ensuring no safety risks to oneself or others. Maintaining a positive work environment through professional behavior and communication is essential. Independent transportation to the office or work site is required, and travel to customer locations may be necessary to support projects. Compliance with safety regulations, including seat belt use while driving for work purposes, is mandatory. Successful completion of a drug test and background check is required. A commitment to fostering productivity and teamwork is essential.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $82,000, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US locations. Individual compensation within this range is determined by factors such as work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
