About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Centers.

Job Summary

This is a full-time opportunity for a highly motivated individual to provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with experienced physical therapists, and contribute to a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Patient Care: Provide personalized treatment plans, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with patients, physical therapists, and healthcare providers.
  • Clinical Excellence: Stay up-to-date with industry developments, participate in continuing education, and apply evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with PTs, PTA colleagues, and support staff to achieve shared goals, promote a positive work environment, and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Community Engagement: Represent PTSMC's values, mission, and philosophy by promoting physical therapy as a valuable resource for overall well-being and quality of life.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
  • Current valid Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
