As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral healthcare services to our patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Communities throughout the Northeast.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments to identify individualized concerns and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling services to target treatment goals and promote emotional and behavioral health.
  • Collaborate with our Psychiatry team and medical and social work staff to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.
  • Develop and implement neurocognitive assessments to inform diagnosis and treatment planning.
