About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Person to join our team at a Schulz Family McDonald's owned restaurant. As a Maintenance Person, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities, equipment, and grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily maintenance tasks, including filtering oil fryers, maintaining outside grounds, and cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms.
  • Unload delivery trucks twice a week and take out and empty trash compactors.
  • Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
