Maintain comprehensive documentation of all clinical assessments, therapeutic procedures, and patient reactions to treatment strategies.

Patient and Caregiver Support:
Educate and guide patients and their caregivers on home exercise regimens and other relevant aspects of care, ensuring thorough documentation of their progress and understanding.

Qualifications:
Must possess a valid NYS Professional License and current registration to practice as an occupational therapist.
Completion of an Occupational Therapy program accredited by the New York Board for Occupational Therapy or the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
A minimum of one (1) year of full-time experience in providing occupational therapy services is required.
