Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the store, including floors, windows, break rooms, and restrooms
  • Maintaining proper stocking of department hand wash sinks
  • Cleaning outdoor areas surrounding the store
  • Adhering to sanitation standards and communicating maintenance needs to store leadership

Customer Service Duties:

  • Helping customers locate products
  • Fulfilling the role of a Customer Service Assistant when necessary

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 18
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of required certifications upon hiring

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Understanding of OSHA Guidelines
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently

Physical Demands:

  • Walking, bending, lifting, and carrying items
  • Exposure to various environmental conditions
  • Capability to lift and manage heavy items
