Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team at WFF Facility Services. As a key member of our facilities maintenance department, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and installations to ensure the smooth operation of our buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, landscaping, and minor repairs
  • Repair and replace electrical outlets, lighting fixtures, and plumbing systems
  • Perform daily routine building inspections and report findings
  • Oversee outside vendors and obtain necessary materials and equipment
  • Work safely and follow department safety policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in building maintenance or a related field
  • Ability to lift equipment and perform heavy manual labor
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
