Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Service Center Manager in leading a high-performance team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Perform oil changes and additional car maintenance services to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support the Service Center Manager with inventory management, labor management, and financial performance of the service center.
  • Mentor and train team members to optimize their development and improve service center performance.
  • Ensure a clean, well-organized service center and facilitate a safe and secure working environment.
Requirements
  • 6 months of supervisory experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Knowledge of cash handling, facility, and safety control policies and practices.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment and having full mobility.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
