Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
- Repair and replace equipment, fixtures, and appliances as needed.
- Install new equipment and fixtures as required.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent equipment failures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work at heights above 15 feet.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
The Maintenance Technician will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and noise levels. The position requires the ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and with hazardous materials.
