About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
  • Repair and replace equipment, fixtures, and appliances as needed.
  • Install new equipment and fixtures as required.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent equipment failures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work at heights above 15 feet.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Work Environment

The Maintenance Technician will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and noise levels. The position requires the ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and with hazardous materials.
