Inova Health System is currently in search of a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) in Falls Church, Virginia.

Position Overview

The CVOR at Inova Fairfax is seeking an experienced RN to perform both Scrub and Circulate duties across various specialties. This role is designated for night shifts. Sign-on bonuses ranging from $15K to $20K are available for qualified candidates, along with relocation assistance.

The Cardiovascular Operating Room is situated within the Inova Fairfax Medical Campus, part of the Inova Heart and Vascular Institute for adult cardiac procedures and the Inova Women's and Children's Hospital for pediatric cardiac surgeries. Our CVOR facilities are equipped with advanced technology, including Stryker integrated video systems and a Philips Hybrid OR, featuring a total of 7 operating rooms dedicated to comprehensive cardiac surgical needs.

Qualifications
  • Education: BSN from an accredited institution
  • Certification: BLS for Healthcare Provider
  • Availability: Must be willing to take call and rotate weekends, holidays, and off-shifts
  • Experience: Previous experience in a Level I Trauma Center is preferred
