About the Position:
As an Allied-Therapy Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders in clients of all ages. You will create personalized treatment plans, deliver individualized therapy sessions, and maintain accurate records of client progress. Your expertise and dedication will help us achieve our goal of providing exceptional care to our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Provide individualized therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Experience working with diverse populations, including children and adults.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
