Job Summary:

Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care to children and adolescents with complex medical needs
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care techniques

Requirements:

• RN/LVN with a valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
