We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Worker to join our team at Behavioral Framework. As a Youth Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children with autism in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and record data on client behavior
• Write progress notes and maintain program books
• Participate in the implementation of treatment and parent training
• Provide direct client care following behavioral protocols/programs

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Driver's license and reliable transportation
• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to lift and move up to 100lbs
