Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
- Current Florida RN licensure or endorsement.
- Minimum of 1 year emergency department experience in an acute care facility required.
- Must be able to speak/understand written and verbal instructions in the English language.
This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions and changing priorities. The successful candidate must be able to lift, turn, pull, push or ambulate patients/equipment up to 90% of the assigned shift, and must be able to stand, walk, bend and stoop up to 90% of assigned shift.
