Job Summary:

Beverlin Manufacturing, a family-owned, niche supplier of perforated metal tubes and assemblies, is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a key member of our 2nd shift perforation team, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining precision perforation dies to support our production needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a safe working environment and adhere to standard operating procedures.
  • Assist in setting up jobs for production, including preparing presses and work sites.
  • Report any press-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare, install, set up, and remove dies according to established procedures and standard work instructions.
  • Pre-stage jobs for the next setup and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and basic toolroom skills, including grinder, drill press, mill, lathe, and measurement tools.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and strive for continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
