At Far Inspections, we're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Residential Occupancy Verification Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is a 1099 position, and you'll have the opportunity to earn predictable full-time or supplemental income based on your availability and performance.

You'll be responsible for completing residential occupancy verifications on behalf of mortgage lenders, which involves verifying property occupancy and reporting on the general condition of the property using a mobile application.

Schedule and Volume

The number of inspections you'll complete varies based on the county and its volume. You can expect to work anywhere from 2-30 hours per week, with the potential to earn $20-$30 per hour.

In lower-volume counties, you may complete fewer inspections but earn higher rates, while in higher-volume counties, you'll complete more inspections at a lower rate.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have a computer with an internet connection
  • Own a reliable vehicle with good gas mileage (you'll be paying for your own gas)
  • Have a smartphone (Android or iPhone)
  • Have a printer
  • Pass a standard background check using a valid driver's license
