Responsibilities
  • Patient registration and appointment scheduling
  • Greeting and checking-in patients, verifying information supplied by patients
  • Updating patients' addresses, contact details, insurance information, and medical histories
  • Assisting patients with paperwork and forms
  • Processing cash and credit card payments for medical services
  • Reviewing patient accounts, identifying delinquent accounts, and collecting overdue payments
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving patient inquiries or complaints
Requirements
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access)
What We Offer

A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
