IV Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate IV Technician to join our team at IV Nutrition. As an IV Technician, you will play a critical role in administering intravenous vitamins and minerals to our clients, optimizing their health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer IV therapy and fluid therapy to clients
• Monitor client response to treatment and manage potential infections
• Assess client physical health, including vital signs and mental status
• Identify contraindications to intravenous therapy and take necessary precautions
• Document interactions and communication with clients regarding therapy services

Requirements:

• Credentialed as an RN, Paramedic, or ADN
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records
• Strong venous access skills and ability to access peripheral veins
• 2 years minimum of vascular access or infusion experience

Working Conditions:

This position will work 8-10 hour shifts, Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends required. The clinic environment is climate-controlled with adequate lighting.
