Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow brand standards, recipes, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in our products.
  • Set up and calibrate finishing equipment to ensure proper function and accuracy.
  • Monitor icing temperatures to ensure optimal quality and safety.
  • Adhere to allergen handling and basketing procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Update finishing schedules to ensure order accuracy and meet production goals.
  • Identify and escalate product quality issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including equipment and work area.
  • Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers to ensure seamless operations.
