About the Role

As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic exams with precision and efficiency, applying principles of radiation protection, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Diagnostic Exams: Perform quality diagnostic exams, verify patient identification, and ensure accurate image acquisition.
  • Patient Care: Acquire patient histories, monitor patients during procedures, and provide compassionate care.
  • Equipment Operation: Proficiently operate diagnostic imaging equipment, maintain quality control, and report malfunctions or failures.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, administrative staff, medical teams, and peers to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Continuing Education: Stay up-to-date with industry developments, participate in training sessions, and contribute to departmental operations.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program.
  • Credentials: CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist 180 Days required; CRT-Radiographer (R) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire required.
