Hematology Oncologist

Geisinger Health System is seeking a highly skilled Hematologist Oncologist to join our team at Geisinger Scenery Park Cancer Clinic in State College, PA and Geisinger Lewistown Hospital in Lewistown, PA.

We are looking for a board-certified or board-eligible Hematologist Oncologist to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to our well-established cancer programs. As a Hematologist Oncologist at Geisinger, you will have the opportunity to work with a collaborative team of healthcare professionals, including surgical oncology, palliative medicine, radiation oncology, pathology, diagnostic radiology, and behavioral medicine.

• Provide comprehensive care to patients with hematological and oncological disorders
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Participate in clinical research and trials to advance cancer care
• Teach and mentor fellows and residents in hematology and oncology
• Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree
• Board certification or board eligibility in Hematology and Oncology
• Current licensure in the State of Pennsylvania
