Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Computer Systems Analyst to join our team at Chenega MIOS SBU. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for integrating, planning, coordinating, and facilitating information system-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integrate and plan information system-related activities to ensure seamless operation
  • Analyze organizational IT needs from an operational and strategic perspective to identify areas for improvement
  • Complete hardware and software upgrades to ensure systems are up-to-date and running efficiently
  • Perform systems management and integration functions to improve existing computer systems and environments
  • Recommend improvements to computer system capabilities and workflow to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Analyze complex data processing problems to develop and implement solutions
  • Perform systems management and integration functions to improve existing computer systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations
  • May be required to analyze or recommend commercially available software to meet business needs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team setting
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think abstractly
  • Experience working in a home office setting and ability to train end users on technical issues
  • Previous customer service experience desired
