As a seasoned Senior Attorney, you will play a vital role in representing policyholders in all aspects of insurance coverage disputes.

We are seeking an experienced legal professional to join our thriving team at Jobot, a nationwide insurance coverage law firm.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably with insurance coverage and/or construction litigation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Representing policyholders in complex insurance cases
  • Providing expert legal advice and guidance on intricate insurance matters
  • Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients
  • Preparing and presenting cases in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings
  • Drafting comprehensive legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • A minimum of 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance coverage
  • A current license to practice law
  • Demonstrated expertise in drafting, pleadings, taking depositions, and motion practice
  • Exceptional negotiation and advocacy skills
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
