We are seeking a highly skilled Semiconductor Wet Process Engineer Lead to join our Advanced Microelectronics Solutions (AMS) Department. As a key member of our III-V process development team, you will be responsible for leading and executing process development efforts, improving product yield, and developing new processes and device capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement process development plans to improve product yield and reduce costs
- Lead and execute process development efforts, including the development of new processes and device capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
- Provide technical guidance and support to lower-level professionals
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years' of prior work experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years' of prior work experience, or a PhD and a minimum of 3 years' of prior work experience
- Experience in semiconductor processing techniques such as photo lithography, dry etching, wet etching, plating, metals evaporation, and optical or scanning electron microscope inspections
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
- Master's or PhD in STEM
- Experience in semiconductor processing techniques in wet etch, wet cleans, and plating process areas
- Experience working in a controlled, cleanroom environment
- Experience troubleshooting a diverse set of fabrication equipment
