Key Responsibilities
  • Bar Preparation: Ensure the bar is stocked with all necessary supplies, including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, and cleaning items.
  • Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare bar prep items using recipes, proper portioning, and storage to fulfill guests' orders.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, including beer kegs, soft drink containers, and CO2 tanks.
  • Customer Service: Deliver beverages and food to guests, maintain engagement, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and provide exceptional service.
  • Adherence to Policies: Comply with all state and federal liquor laws, as well as American Social's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must meet local, legal minimum age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Availability: Ability to work Late Night shifts, potentially to between 12 AM - 4 AM.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English; able to speak, read, and write.
  • Physical Demands: Able to bend at the waist, lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level, and move items up to 50 lbs. for distances of up to 25 feet.
  • Alcohol Awareness Certification: Required.
  • Food Handling Certificate: A plus.
