Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare Bakery Items: Operate baking equipment, follow recipes/make-up instructions, and ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management.
  • Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Be able to juggle multiple tasks in a short amount of time while assisting members with their bakery orders.
  • Maintain a Positive Attitude: Smile, greet, and thank members, providing exceptional customer service across the club as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
