Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced EAP Clinician to join our team in North Dakota. As a licensed clinician, you will provide comprehensive EAP services to employees, managers, and the employer organization. Your role will involve delivering direct counseling, critical incident response services, training, and outreach programs that promote mental wellness and support clients' overall well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional and proactive EAP services as a licensed clinician, ensuring seamless integration with Acentra Health operations and accounts.
  • Offer direct counseling, critical incident response services, training, and psychoeducational presentations to create awareness of EAP services.
  • Make referrals to treatment services where necessary, ensuring a smooth transition from EAP services to treatment services.
  • Refer clients to community resources to support their mental health and well-being.
  • Maintain compliance with clinical and professional protocols, processes, and Acentra Health policies.
  • Communicate the scope of EAP services to external parties, including clients, managers, and support staff.
  • Consult with Acentra Health supervisors on clinical case staffing and high-risk cases.
RequirementsQualifications
  • An active, unrestricted, North Dakota Licensed Counselor (LCMH, LCSW, LMHC, LPCC) issued by the North Dakota Board of Counselor Examiners (NDBCE) or the North Dakota Board of Social Work Examiners (NDBSWE).
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the EAP/mental health/substance abuse/behavioral health field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet/Web Navigation, and research.
  • Ability to pass a federal security clearance for a non-sensitive/high-risk public trust position, including fingerprinting and a background investigation.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $35.58 to $44.48 hourly, based on various considerations such as years of applicable experience and skill level.
