Chief Cybersecurity Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Chief Cybersecurity Strategist to join our team at Tarkett. This role will play a critical part in developing and executing our cybersecurity strategy, working closely with the Division Director of Information Security.

• Drive components of the Division Information Security Plan, collaborating with global teams.
• Conduct research and address cybersecurity issues/incidents in partnership with network, infrastructure, and global SOC teams.
• Support the annual NIST CSF assessment process, including issue tracking and gap solutions.
• Facilitate pen testing/vulnerability scan remediation and tracking.
• Security assessment and consulting for division-level initiatives.
• Manage IT supply chain security processes, including vendor assessment and SAAS/application inventory management control improvements.
• Contribute as a research and thought leader on solutions like IAM, SASE, Zero-Trust.
• Assist in developing cybersecurity communication, awareness, and training plans for IT and end-users.
• Maintain KPIs/SLAs in coordination with the Division Director.
• Improve cyber/information security policy and procedures.

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in information security.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM/demonstrated commitment to professional development.
• Experience working in a large manufacturing and distribution company, within IT in a security analyst role or similar.
• Understanding of cybersecurity/privacy frameworks/standards.
• Experience with penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and coordinating remediation.
