Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team, providing speech and language therapy services to students in PreK-12 schools. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a school or pediatric setting, a valid state license, and a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Schedule and Compensation:

This is a full-time position, with 37.5 hours/week. The estimated salary is $65.00/Hr., reflecting the company's commitment to competitive compensation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assessments and Therapy Plans: Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs.
  • Direct Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy services to students, targeting areas such as articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
  • Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' communication goals.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Licensure and Certification: Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience: Experience providing speech-language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting.
