Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neuro/Trauma Intensive Care Unit (NTICU) team at Texas Health Dallas. As a critical care nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care to patients with acute neurological conditions, surgical needs, and traumatic injuries.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care utilizing the Nursing Process
  • Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Diploma of Nursing or Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred
  • 1 year experience as a clinical nurse (RN) or completion of an RN residency program required
  • One or more years of ICU experience strongly preferred
