Requirements:

  • ServSafe certification required within 6 months of hire
  • Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions
  • Previous experience in a high-volume food service environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1 year of kitchen experience

Essential Job Functions:

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment
  • Report any equipment problems to the Executive Chef or Maintenance Department
  • Assist the kitchen supervisor with tasks and chores

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to work varied shifts
  • Self-directed, completes assignments accurately and thoroughly with minimal oversight
