Key Responsibilities- Ensure proper supply control, equipment preparation, and maintenance to support safe and efficient anesthesia care.
- Prepare and assist anesthesiologists and anesthetists as needed, adhering to infection control policies and protocols.
- Stock and maintain anesthesia carts, ensuring they are equipped with necessary supplies and medications.
- Anticipate and respond to the needs of anesthesia personnel, demonstrating problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Assist with daily setup and teardown of equipment, practicing preventative maintenance and adhering to safety standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent in General Studies.
- Ability to work designated shift lengths, including night shifts and occasional irregular hours.
- Medium work exertion, with possible exposure to radiation and frequent exposure to contaminated needles and infectious body substances.
