**About Us**

FACE FOUNDRI is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to providing exceptional skincare services. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Skincare Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Provide Exceptional Customer Service**: Deliver outstanding service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • **Achieve Personal and Store Goals**: Meet and exceed personal and store targets, driving sales and growth.
  • **Product Knowledge and Sales**: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of FACE FOUNDRI products, recommending and selling them to clients.
  • **Service Delivery**: Perform a range of skincare services, including dermaplaning, Hydradermabrasion, chemical peels, brow lamination, and lash lifts.
  • **Client Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and recommendations.
  • **Safety and Sanitation**: Ensure all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures are followed at all times, maintaining Board compliance.
  • **Teamwork and Communication**: Collaborate with all FACE FOUNDRI personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.
  • **Operational Support**: Assist with in-store operational processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • **Store Standards**: Maintain high standards of store appearance and organization, adhering to company guidelines.
  • **Timekeeping and Attendance**: Accurately follow company timekeeping procedures and attend mandatory training and team meetings.

Requirements

  • **Esthetics License**: Possess a valid Esthetics License.
  • **Experience**: Have experience in dermaplaning, Hydradermabrasion, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing, and tinting.
  • **Communication Skills**: Develop strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • **Teamwork and Customer Service**: Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team, building strong customer relationships.

Working Conditions

  • **Availability**: Nights and weekends required.
  • **Education**: High school or equivalent required.
