Position Summary

As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer specializing in Avionics, you will be an integral part of our team, focusing on enhancing aircraft safety and operational efficiency.

Your primary responsibilities will include the design, development, and rigorous testing of embedded software solutions essential for the health management of aviation systems.

This role requires a combination of technical proficiency, innovative problem-solving skills, and a dedication to our core values of safety, quality, and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality embedded software for Avionics systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Oversee continuous software integration and testing processes, identifying and resolving software issues effectively.
  • Mentor junior engineers, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives and contribute to the success of the organization.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or a high school diploma with significant experience in avionics software development.
  • U.S. person status is required due to access to export-controlled technology.

Preferred Skills
  • Master's degree in a STEM field, particularly in Software Engineering.
  • Experience with the software development lifecycle in safety-critical environments, including familiarity with DO-178C.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Ada, C, and C++, along with experience using tools like DOORS, RTC, Git, and Eclipse.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying technical challenges and solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a history of managing projects and guiding teams.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges, with experience in Agile methodologies being a plus.
