Examination Supervisor - Concorde Career Colleges

Position Summary:
The primary responsibilities of the Examination Supervisor include administering and coordinating assessments, including all entrance evaluations and other testing as assigned, while serving as professional and academic role models dedicated to student satisfaction. Responsibilities

Your Role and Responsibilities:
  • Administer and evaluate Admission Testing during day or evening sessions, as needed.
  • Proctor and coordinate all entrance assessments and other tests according to established testing policies and procedures.
  • Ensure prospective students undertake the appropriate entrance examinations.
  • Administer both online and paper-based tests.
  • Safeguard all testing materials.
  • Manually record scores and relevant information into student records as necessary.
  • Maintain a testing log.
  • Distribute test results to all relevant parties promptly.
  • Perform filing and scanning tasks as required.

Student Interaction
  • Foster a testing environment that is welcoming, comfortable, and quiet.
  • Set an example and serve as a role model for professionalism and conduct.
  • Proactively communicate any behavioral concerns to leadership.
  • Refer students to appropriate leadership for additional advising if necessary.

Related Duties
  • Assist with ID photographs, cap and gown photographs, uniform distribution, and other activities during new student orientation.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including answering calls, contacting students, making and distributing copies, and sending out mailings.
  • Provide clerical support services to facilitate the implementation of various programs.
  • Assist the Registrar as needed with student documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Your Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to effectively engage with a diverse student population.
  • Ability to manage multi-line phone systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • General office experience preferred.
  • Maintain complete confidentiality in handling student matters.
