Licensed Lifespan Mental Health Clinician

About the Role:
As a Mental Health Clinician, you'll work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique needs of each individual. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping patients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses to create personalized treatment plans
- Develop and implement interventions to support patient progress and symptom reduction
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers
- Participate in peer-to-peer review, clinical collaboration, and chart auditing to promote team development
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in mental health or counseling
- Current State of Wisconsin License as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) and American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Work Environment:
- Climate-controlled office setting with daily movement throughout the facility
- Interaction with department members and other healthcare providers
