About the Role

As a Residential Counselor with Telecare Corporation, you will work in our 16-bed crisis residential treatment program in Fontana, San Bernardino County. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering intensive and structured psychosocial recovery services to members served in a non-institutional setting.
  • Collaborating with team members to support individuals in acute crises and prevent hospitalization.
Key Requirements

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a mental health setting, preferably with at least one year of service.
